Terrell earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business & Marketing Education from Bowling Green State University and later on earned his Master’s in Business Administration. While developing a passion for working with the college student population, he went on to purse a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from Eastern Michigan University.

Terrell has a strong passion for working with the younger population rather its helping them to gain admission into college or trying to secure a summer internship. He really enjoys working with students and revamping their resume’s to showcase their experience and skills. He has primarily worked at several top consulting and technology firms in the Talent Acquisition landscape recruiting college students for summer internships and full time opportunities upon graduation. In his free time, he enjoys working out, traveling, and attending concerts/music festivals.
